The manufacturing of these tanks requires special expertise , technology and strict quality control measures. These tanks are manufactured confirming to various design standards like ASME SECT VIII DIV I & II, AD- MERKBLATTER, PD5500, IS2825 and under the stagewise inspection of various third party inspection agencies like DNV, BVIS, TUV, LLOYDS ,PDIL and others.
We also manufacture a wide range of Process Plant Equipments such as Coded Pressure Vessels, Distillation Columns, Towers, Reactors and Heat Exchangers. We also undertake turnkey projects to construct Fixed & Floating Roof Tanks, Mounded Storage Tanks and Plant Piping.
Today we specialize in installation of LPG/Propane/HSD/Petrol /Gasoline Cyclopentane storage and distribution systems on turnkey basis for our clients. Ken Tank & Vessels has incorporated and implemented globally accepted systems like JIT, TQM, ISO compliance and internal systems to improve productivity and quality standards. As a result of this continuous upgradation to our processes and facilities SVTVL has recently commenced design and manufacture of portable large cylinders for Toxic gases like Chlorine, Ammonia, Ethylene Oxide, Mono-Methyl Amine under BS-1500 (British Home Office Rules). The Company is ISO 9001 compliant and all equipments are manufactured under approval of third party Inspection Agencies.
